A Moderate to Enhanced risk for severe storms has been issued for Texoma. Storms look to become strong to severe and will be firing up around 11am. Primary threats include heavy rainfall leading to flooding, large hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado is possible as well but chances aren't very high. HUGO, OK -- The jury trial for a Hugo man charged with two counts of first degree murder has been pushed back.
The Choctaw County Court Clerk's office says 33-year-old Dawaylon Rainey's trial will now be October 14th instead of June 9th.
Rainey is accused of shooting and killing 23-year-old Floyd Clegg, of Colbert, and 19-year-old Qualin Hayden, of Sherman
Their bodies were found in August of last year at the Southwind Acres Apartment Complex in Hugo.
Rainey has pleaded not guilty to the crimes.
A pre trial conference is scheduled for September 2nd.
