UPDATE: driver in Bryan County fatal accident released from hospital

DURANT, OK - 5 of 7 people involved in a deadly car accident in Bryan County over the weekend, have been released from various hospitals.

Troopers say, the driver of the SUV, 28-year-old Clyde Powell, was released from the Medical Center of Plano Wednesday.

33-year-old, Virginia Miller was released from Plano Tuesday, and three children were released from MCSO in Durant, earlier this week.

A 14-year-old girl remains in a Dallas hospital in fair condition.

11-year-old, Joseph Miller of Durant, died at the scene.

Troopers say, Powell is not facing any charges at this time, pending toxicology results, which could take up to 90 days.
