Whitewright man killed in OKC motorcycle accident

OKLHOMA CITY, OK -- A Whitewright man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Oklahoma City Tuesday.

According to OHP, 28-year-old Garrett Roland Rogers was traveling westbound on Interstate 44 on a Harley Davidson.

He left the roadway to avoid debris, lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle into a guardrail.

Rogers was pronounced dead at the scene.

He graduated from Whitewright High School in 2004.
