Wynnewood refinery faces fines after explosion

The Wynnewood refinery now faces more than $280,000 in fines after the fatal explosion it had last year.

The Oklahoman reports that some of the OSHA citations are for the engineering and use of a boiler that exploded in September.

That explosion killed two men.

OSHA said CVR Energy--the company that owns the refinery-- has 15 business days to dispute or comply with the citations.
