DENISON, TX - Prom is right around the corner for several students and one Denison High School baseball player went for the grand slam.

Denison High School seniors Joseph Hendricks and Haley Harbour have been together for two and a half years. They are young and in love.

"I love him with all my heart. We've been through a lot together," said Harbour.

"Yes, I love her. Yes I do. I love her very much," said Hendricks.

Joseph wanted to ask Haley to prom in a big and bold way.

"I was just trying to think of something local that I could do that would be easy to get to and try to have not so much suspicion," said Hendricks. "I just thought about The Rialto. I just put it up on the sign."

After dinner Wednesday night in downtown Denison the couple drove slowly by the theater then stopped. That's when Haley saw the words hanging from the Marquee.

"We were going to pick up a movie and we drove past main street and we pulled over and I just started crying," said Harbour.

"She saw the sign and she just busted out into tears," Hendricks.

"It feels pretty good that he takes the time to them about me, and how it makes me feel," said Harbour.

Prom is April 14th and it's a night both Joseph and Haley are looking forward to.
