OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Authorities say an Edmond man has been arrested on a complaint of threatening a violent attack against two attorneys and an Oklahoma County judge.
Authorities arrested 42-year-old Christopher Durham last week on complaints of threatening an act of violence to do physical harm. Court records allege that Durham said he was capable of an attack "along the line" of the deadly school shooting in Newtown, Conn.
The Oklahoman reports that Durham is accused of threatening the judge who presided over Durham's divorce case, along with two other attorneys. A probable cause affidavit claims that Durham viewed his case as a "lost cause."
Durham is being held without bond at the Oklahoma County jail, and court records do not list an attorney for him.
