2 dead, 2 hurt after collision on Norman highway
NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Police in Norman say two people are dead and two are injured in a six-car crash on Flood Avenue.
Chief Keith Humphrey says the crash happened at about 7 a.m. Tuesday. Police say it appears that a vehicle traveling south on Flood Avenue crossed the center line and crashed into oncoming traffic. Police say at least six vehicles were involved in the accident.
Investigators say Flood Avenue from Tecumseh Road to the Interstate 35 exit will be closed until early afternoon Tuesday.
