TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Two of the five Tulsa megachurch employees accused of waiting two weeks to report the rape of a 13-year-old girl on ministry grounds are due in court for a pre-trial hearing.

John and Charica Daugherty - the son and daughter-in-law of the co-founder and pastor at the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center - are expected to appear in district court Friday.

They each face one misdemeanor count of failing to report the abuse in a timely manner. They have pleaded not guilty.

Three other megachurch employees facing the same charges have hearings Feb. 13. They've also pleaded not guilty.

A former church employee pleaded guilty to raping the 13-year-old and was sentenced last month to 55 years in prison.

Another ex-employee is accused of making a lewd proposal to a child.
