OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The number of people killed on Oklahoma roadways continues to trail the pace set in 2007.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Sunday there have been 633 traffic-related deaths so far this year, compared to 687 fatalities during the same time last year.
So far, December also is proving to be less deadly than the same time last year, with seven deaths so far this year compared to 12 deaths during the first week of December 2007.
