PAOLI, Okla. — Garvin County authorities are investigating the death of a 2-month-old boy and say charges are likely in the case.
Undersheriff Steve Brooks says the baby was reported to be unresponsive Monday morning and died shortly before noon Monday at Pauls Valley General Hospital.
The infant's name hasn't been released, and the cause of death hasn't been determined.
Brooks says marijuana was found in the home where the baby lived with his parents and he predicts some sort of criminal charges — but is saying little else about the case.
