Mo. Teen Shot by OHP

PERRY, Okla. (AP) - Police in Independence, Mo., say a Missouri teenager who was shot by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers was
driving his grandfather's sport utility vehicle and had stolen the grandfather's gun.

Police spokesman Tom Gentry says the 15-year-old boy is in good
condition in an Oklahoma City hospital. He declined to release the boy's name.

Gentry says the boy has no criminal record but may have had some
"emotional issues."

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the boy was shot Monday after
opening fire on troopers Steve Burrows and John Terrell after leading troopers on a chase on Interstate 35 near Perry.
