OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A dozen doctors and nurses from Integris Health System and five professional football players have completed a medical mission trip to Nigeria.
The players included for University of Oklahoma and current Chicago Bear Tommie Harris who helped recruit the medical professionals for the trip.
The medical professionals worked with Nigerian doctors to conduct medical screenings, treat patients and offer educational programs to community leaders and health workers.
