TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A 17-year-old Tulsa boy is due in court for the shooting death of an 18-year-old girl.
Arraignment is scheduled for Monday for Theo Fleming in the
April 4 shooting death of Kaitlyn Finnegan.
Fleming has not been charged but was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint.
His attorney says the shooting was an accident and that the two teenagers were laughing and playing before the shooting.
