NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - A Kansas woman has been charged with first-degree manslaughter in connection with a deadly traffic accident in Norman.
Cleveland County prosecutors say 29-year-old Jill Hannah Kilcullen of Galney, Kan., had methamphetamine in her system at the time of the Nov. 13 accident that killed 36-year-old Narong Viravong of Norman.
Court documents say Kilcullen was northbound on a city street when she ran a red light and crashed into a motorcycle driven by Viravong.
