OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City police say a man who was
critically wounded in a shooting has died and the suspected gunman
is now being held for murder.
Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said Monday that 61-year-old Julian Pino Acosta died Saturday at an Oklahoma City hospital.
Police say Acosta was shot about 11:45 p.m. Thursday during an argument with 30-year-old Josa Vega at a home in southeast Oklahoma
Vega was arrested at the scene for shooting with intent to kill and burglary. The shooting with intent to kill complaint has been amended to first-degree murder.
