Woman found in Cherokee Co. pond identified

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) - Authorities have identified a woman found dead in a pond in Cherokee County.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said 38-year-old Donna Dulen of Stilwell was discovered Tuesday evening in a pond in a rural area west of Tahlequah.

OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown says the death is suspicious, but an autopsy revealed no signs of trauma to the body that would indicate foul play.

Brown says a final determination on the cause of death can't be determined until toxicology results are completed.

She says fishermen discovered the woman's body and notified authorities.
