TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A Tulsa County jury has convicted a man of first-degree murder in the death of a toddler.
The panel found Larry Martin Neeley guilty on Monday and recommended a sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole.
The jury convicted Neeley in the death of Jason Joseph Hall, a 19-month-old who died of a blunt-trauma injury to the abdomen on Aug. 19, 2008.
Police say the childs mother, who was Neeleys girlfriend, had left her son with him.
