OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police in Oklahoma City have arrested a 15-year-old boy after he admitted to accidentally shooting a teenage girl in the head.
Investigators say Charles Johnson admitted accidentally shooting 14-year-old Chinyere Clay, who is listed in critical condition. Johnson was arrested on suspicion of reckless conduct with a firearm and possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony.
Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow says investigators believe the shooting was accidental. The shooting was reported shortly after midnight Friday at a home in southeast Oklahoma City.
