OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A part-time postal carrier from Marlow is facing federal charges accusing him of stealing medication from the mail.
A federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted 32-year-old Brandon Paul Lindsey of one count of theft of mail by an employee. He faces up to 5 years in prison if convicted.
A federal indictment alleges Lindsey took a package containing 30 pills marked as hydrocodone that were intended for a Duncan address. The pills were actually calcium pills.
Federal court records do not indicate if Lindsey has been assigned an attorney.
