Tulsa, Okla., police say man slain outside bar

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Police say a fatal shooting outside a Tulsa bar may have been a case of road rage and self-defense. They said the slaying followed an exchange of words between a the occupants of a pickup truck and a motorcyclist as both vehicles traveled on a city street.
Police said 33-year-old Christopher Conrad was pronounced dead at the scene Friday outside the Slo Ride Saloon on the city's south side. Officers said Conrad and a companion had yelled derogatory statements at 48-year-old Daniel Kitchens as he drove his motorcycle to the bar.
Officers said Conrad followed Kitchens to the bar and then he and his passenger got out of the truck and accosted Kitchens.
Officer Jason Willingham said the shooting might have been a case of self-defense on Kitchens' part.
