McALESTER, Okla. (AP) - An escapee from the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in McAlester is back in custody.
Pittsburg County deputies arrested 29-year-old Dustin Stokesberry Monday night in rural northwestern Pittsburg County. Sheriff's Sgt. Richard Bedford says Stokesberry was arrested by a deputy investigating reports of a person knocking on doors in the area.
