OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - U.S. Census officials in Oklahoma City are
warning of scammers passing out bogus forms that ask for Social
Census office manager Sidna Madden says six Oklahoma County
residents have reported finding the forms on their doorsteps.
Instructions say to fill out the forms and return them to an
Oklahoma City address.
Madden says one person filled out the form and mailed it.
Madden says the U.S. Census forms do not ask for a Social
Security number and anyone who gets such a form should report it to
