Car backs through wall of Tulsa parking garage
TULSA, Okla. (AP) - The rear of a white Mercedes hung from the seventh floor of a downtown Tulsa parking garage after the driver backed through the garage wall.
No injuries were reported after 67-year-old Ralph Hudson apparently got his foot stuck between the brake and gas pedals and backed through the Bank of America building's garage about 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The car's rear wheels stopped on the ledge created by the hole and officials were able to drive the car safely back into the garage.
Officer Jason Willingham says no ticket was issued.
The crash sprayed debris that damaged several vehicles in a parking lot outside the garage.
