OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Republican gubernatorial candidate Mary Fallin raised more money than any other candidate during the first three months of this year.
Friday is the deadline for Fallin, a member of Congress from Oklahoma City, and the other candidates for governor to report campaign fundraising and spending activity for the first quarter of 2010.
Fallin's report shows she raised $512,559 between January and March and spent $250,576. She has raised a total of almost $1.7 million for her campaign and had $747,144 on hand at the end of March.
Republican state Sen. Randy Brogdon of Owasso reports raising $69,521 and spending $48,801. Brogdon has raised a total of $224,056 for his campaign and had $60,680 remaining at the end of March.
