Testimony resumes in ex-Okla. investigator's trial
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A former investigator for the state medical
examiner's office says he was extremely embarrassed and offended
when his former boss grabbed his breast and made a sexual remark.
The ex-investigator testified Tuesday in the sexual battery
trial of Kevin Rowland, the former chief investigator for the
medical examiner's office. Rowland could face up to five years in
prison if he is convicted.
The alleged victim says Rowland grabbed him while they were
eating lunch in south Oklahoma City in December 2007. He says he
reported the incident about 30 days later to the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission but nothing was done.
