TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Police say a man wanted in connection with a
shooting death at a Tulsa taco stand has been arrested in Texas.
The Tulsa World reported Monday that fingerprints led police in
Harris County, Texas, to 33-year-old Roberto Urquiza. Urquiza left
Tulsa after the Nov. 2 death of Erik Victorino. A second man sought
is already in jail.
Someone called in a tip to an anti-crime hotline. Police found
that Urquiza was using an alias and different birthday than he had
previously listed, according to Officer Jason Willingham.
Fingerprints taken when Urquiza was at a Texas lockup matched
ones on file in Tulsa. Officials will file an extradition request.
Urquiza had been set for deportation to Mexico but is now being
held without bail.
