OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The 18th anniversary of the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City will be marked with the reading of the 168 victims' names and a speech by Gov. Mary Fallin.
The ceremony is to begin at the Oklahoma City National Memorial Site at 8:30 a.m. Friday.
The names of the dead will be read by their survivors as well as those who escaped the bombing alive and their relatives.
Fallin is to speak at 9:15 a.m.
