ARDMORE, Okla. (AP) - An Ardmore man has been bound over for trial in the March shotgun slaying of a 33-year-old man.
The Daily Ardmoreite reports that Tommy James Millsap was bound over for trial on charges of first-degree murder. Special District Judge Thomas Baldwin also ordered that Millsap stand trial on a drug charge and weapon charge.
Millsap is accused in the March 29 shooting death of Toby Albin. Carter County sheriff's deputies arrested Millsap hours after Albin's body was discovered at a home in Ardmore.
Millsap is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 8. He's being held on a $150,000 bond.
