TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Another bond hearing is planned for a 21-year-old Tulsa woman in jail on a second-degree murder charge in the death of her husband.
Amber Hilberling is due in court Tuesday morning on her request for a bond reduction. She's now in jail without bond in the death of her husband, Joshua Hilberling.
Joshua Hilberling died in June 2011 after falling 17 stories from his Tulsa apartment. Prosecutors claim that Amber Hilberling pushed her husband; she argues that he fell and that the building had dangerously thin windows.
Amber Hilberling was arrested the same day her husband died and was released from jail after posting $250,000 bond. She was jailed again for curfew violations, freed on bond, and jailed a third time for violating the terms of her release.
