OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Gov. Mary Fallin is to address the Oklahoma Cattlemen and Cattlewomen's Association.
The group is having its leadership luncheon on Tuesday in Oklahoma City and Fallin is expected to speak at about 12:30 p.m.
Ranchers are coming off a very difficult year in which they coped with water shortages during an extended drought.
