TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A judge is considering whether two men charged with gunning down three people in an April 2012 rampage in Tulsa should be tried separately.

Jake England and Alvin Watts are due in district court Monday afternoon.

The men are charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the Easter weekend shootings of William Allen, Bobby Clark and Dannaer Fields, who were killed as they walked near their homes in a predominantly black section of Tulsa. Two others were injured.

All five victims were black, and Watts and England also face hate crime charges. They've pleaded not guilty.

A judge could also rule Monday on a motion filed by Watts' attorneys claiming authorities lacked probable cause to arrest their client.
