HYDRO, Okla. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a Caddo County crash that killed a 27-year-old Hinton woman.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened Wednesday night on a county road in Caddo County. Authorities say Rachel Bea Hall lost control of her minivan and crashed after driving through a water puddle.

A trooper's report says Hall was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say a woman was trying to get Hall to stop before Hall drove through the puddle. Troopers are still investigating the exact cause of the deadly crash.
