OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The founder of Hobby Lobby says he is encouraged that the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to take up the company's lawsuit over the new health care law's provision on insurance for contraceptives.

The U.S. Supreme Court said Tuesday that it would hear arguments from the Oklahoma City-based company as well as a Pennsylvania company. The for-profit companies say they should not have to cover contraceptives that violate their religious beliefs. The court said the cases will be combined for arguments, probably in late March. A decision should come by late June.

Hobby Lobby founder David Green says that business owners should not have to choose between violating their faith and violating the law.

Attorney General Scott Pruitt says called the Supreme Court review "a victory" for Hobby Lobby.
