OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City-based Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. says it is raising its bottom-level wage for full-time employees to $14 per hour.
The company said Monday it is also raising the pay of part-time workers to $9.50 per hour. In all, more than 17,700 workers will receive raises.
Hobby Lobby says the raise for full-time workers will be $1 per hour, and 50 cents per hour for part-time workers.
The company has more than 500 stores in 45 states, including 20 stores in Oklahoma.
