HOLDENVILLE, Okla. (AP) - Authorities are investigating after a 38-year-old man was found dead Monday morning at a home in Holdenville.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says authorities received a 911 call shortly before 6 a.m. Monday. OSBI says that once officers arrived, they found Gayland Moore dead inside the home.
Authorities didn't release a cause of death but say trauma to Moore's body indicates his death was a homicide.
OSBI says the homeowner was detained for questioning but hasn't been arrested.
Agents are at the crime scene processing the area and conducting interviews.
