TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A fugitive who escaped from a state prison facility in Oklahoma City has topped Tulsa's most wanted list.
Tulsa police said Monday that 26-year-old Brian Anderson Duckett got away from the Clara Waters Community Correctional Center and authorities have been looking for him since then.
