Okla. motel clerk may have been robbed, abducted

MOORE, OK. (AP) - Moore police are investigating whether the disappearance of a motel clerk is the result of a possible robbery and kidnapping.

Sgt. Jeremy Lewis says owners of the Super 8 Motel off Interstate 35 called police and reported Anthony Lennon missing about 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Lewis says the cash register was empty and the work area was disheveled.

Lennon has an outstanding felony warrant in Cleveland County on possession of child pornography, but Lewis said investigators don't know if that's related to his disappearance.

Lewis says investigators can't say whether he left on his own and they are concerned he might be in danger.
