OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma transportation officials are to conclude a deal with Union Pacific railroad that was 30 years in the making.

The Oklahoma Transportation Commission meets Monday at 11 a.m. at which the agency is to announce that Union Pacific is to take ownership of 350 miles of rail lines in the state.

The railroad and the state are concluding a 30-year lease purchase agreement on the rail lines.

Commission members are also to vote on two $12 million road projects in Sequoyah and Woodward counties.
