PONTOTOC CO, OK-- A Pontotoc County inmate accused of giving her cellmate a lethal dose of narcotics last November appeared in court yesterday.
Summer Shaw admitted to an OSBI agent that she snuck a small bag of meth into her cell and shared it with her cellmate Tammy Jordan.
That OSBI agent, Josh Dean, appeared as a witness for the state early yesterday morning. He was questioned by the defense and the prosecution about the crime scene and Shaw's interview with him.
She will next appear in court this Thursday. Her attorney says she'll plead not guilty.
