EDMOND, Okla. (AP) - A Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter who works at the New York Times will give a speech at the University of Central Oklahoma about national security and privacy next week.
Mark Mazzetti's speech on March 11 is part of UCO's American Democracy Project.
Mazzetti has covered national security for the Times since 2006 and was part of the team that won a Pulitzer Prize for reporting on violence in Pakistan and Afghanistan and Washington's response. He has also been a Pulitzer finalist for reporting on the CIA's detention and interrogation program.
The event is free and open to the public.
