HUGO, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is now offering a reward in connection with the shooting deaths of two people in Hugo.
The OSBI says up to a $3,000 reward is available for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect Dawaylon "Hog" Rainey.
Rainey is wanted for the Aug. 4 shooting deaths of Floyd Devin Clegg and Qualin Hayden inside a Hugo apartment complex. Police say witnesses told investigators that Rainey walked into the apartment and opened fire.
