McLOUD, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say one person was found dead after a fire in Pottawatomie County.
Sheriff Mike Booth says the fire was reported Sunday night at a single-wide mobile home south of McLoud. The sheriff tells The Oklahoman that firefighters discovered a body while extinguishing the blaze.
Booth says the victim has not been identified - but the only person living in the home was an older woman.
Authorities say investigators have not uncovered anything suspicious about the blaze, which also burned an outbuilding before it was extinguished.
