DURANT, OK -- Five suspended Southeastern University students are suing the school.
The students were allegedly suspended for pretending to rob people as an April fool's prank.
The students claim in the lawsuit that the school denied their right to an attorney during disciplinary proceedings.
The lawsuit asks the court to review the case or issue a new Committee on Student Conduct hearing.
The University declined to comment on the issue.
No charges have been filed against the students.
