ARDMORE, OK--Shoppers in Ardmore are already taking advantage of tax free weekend.

Starting today shoppers can purchase certain items like clothes, shoes, and school supplies without paying the sales tax, which is roughly five cents on the dollar.

Retailers reap the benefits as well. Tax free will continue until midnight on Sunday.
