Tulsa teen arrested on murder complaint

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police have arrested a teenager in connection with the shooting death of a man last month.

The shooting happened June 1 at the Bradford Apartments on East 32nd Street.

The Tulsa World reports the 17-year-old was arrested late Wednesday on a complaint of first-degree murder. The teenager is accused in the death of 45-year-old Mark Hutchinson.

Witnesses told police that Hutchinson was walking on a sidewalk at about 1:30 a.m. on June 1 when someone pulled up in a vehicle and opened fire.

Hutchinson died shortly afterward at a Tulsa hospital.
