PARIS, TX -- The Paris Economic Development Corporation has lost yet another board member.
The PEDC's longest serving board member, Bruce Carr, has resigned from the board saying he is putting his time into other activities.
His resignation comes on the heels of Steve Gilbert's resignation after serving four years as the executive director. The PEDC also lost board member Toni Clem in October.
Mayor A.J. Hashmi says the city council will decide whether they will appoint a new board member now or wait until May and fill a full term seat.
