PARIS, TX-- A former employee with the city of Paris has been indicted for felony theft.
According to the Lamar County District Clerk, 49 year old Robin Kay Norwood, of Pattonville, was arrested Monday for theft of property greater than $1,500 but less than $20,000.
Norwood is accused of stealing from the city from January of 2012 until September of this year.
City Manager John Godwin says Norwood worked in the city clerk's office until she was fired on September 16th.
Norwood will appear in court on November 19th for her arraignment hearing.
