LAMAR COUNTY, TX-- A Lamar County landowner, who has been fighting the Keystone XL Pipeline, has reached another road block.
"I'm still optimistic that we can get some court somewhere to recognize that this system is flawed, and landowners are being abused at the hands of big corporations," said landowner Julia Trigg Crawford.
Julia Trigg Crawford says the Texas Supreme Court has informed her, and her family, that their petition for review has been denied.
Crawford has been fighting TransCanada, saying that they are violating her eminent domain rights.
She says she will continue to fight, and not allow everything that has been brought to light in the past 3 years to be for nothing.
