LAMAR COUNTY, TX-- The wrongful death trial of Brandon McClelland will continue Wednesday with more testimony.
McClelland's body was found on a county road in Lamar County in 2008.
The District Clerk says McClelland's mother Jaqueline, filed a civil lawsuit against Wesco Trucking and truck driver Garry Clark.
She later amended her petition and added Ryan Crostley and Shannon Finley.
Crostley and Finley were originally charged in Mclelland's death, but when new evidence surfaced in 2009, the charges were dropped.
Authorities say Clark claimed he might have accidentally run over McClelland.
The district clerk says the trial could take up to two weeks to finish.
