PARIS, TX-- A Paris woman who pled guilty to manslaughter last month--has been sentenced.
According to the District Clerks office 25-year-old Angela Villines received a three year deferred sentence by district judge Eric Clifford Tuesday.
If Villines successfully completes her three year probation there will not be a guilty plea on her record, but if Villines fails to complete the probation, she could be sent to prison.
Villines was charged with fatally stabbing her mother's boyfriend, 45-year-old James Sims, of Paris, after an argument last September.
